The main thing holding almost all of us back is fear of failure and lack of confidence that just doing the work is enough. I find myself struggling with these thoughts almost daily. I also find myself looking for that magic pill in the form of a book or course that will catapult me to success even though I know it's not there. The most important trait in a successful business person, handmade or otherwise, is confidence. The trust and belief that they will find a way to succeed if they just keep doing the work. This is so true Marlo! The main thing holding almost all of us back is fear of failure and lack of confidence that just doing the work is enough.
