		<description>This is so true Marlo! The main thing holding almost all of us back is fear of failure and lack of confidence that just doing the work is enough. 

I find myself struggling with these thoughts almost daily. I also find myself looking for that magic pill in the form of a book or course that will catapult me to success even though I know it&#039;s not there.

The most important trait in a successful business person, handmade or otherwise, is confidence. The trust and belief that they will find a way to succeed if they just keep doing the work.</description>

		<description>Oh, yes, the changing part.  I&#039;m sticking with what I think I&#039;d pay for something and not let myself talk myself into going below that.  If I don&#039;t make enough of a profit, I won&#039;t be doing it long anyway, so may as well increase my self valuation.</description>
